Improving wear resistance to solve roll issues! "Hard chrome plating processing"

By strengthening the roll's durability, we reduce maintenance frequency and achieve a longer lifespan for the roll, contributing to cost minimization.

"Roll" components used in processes such as rolling materials. Due to the nature of their application in stretching materials, they frequently require replacement due to wear. When a roll gets scratched, it can also damage the products, affecting quality, so maintenance to keep them in good condition is important. Our "hard chrome plating" applies a coating of just 100 to 300 micrometers to the rolls, enhancing their strength and improving wear resistance, contributing to a longer lifespan for the rolls. (The thickness can be adjusted based on the base material and the desired effect.)
